IELTS

The International English Language Testing system is the world’s proven English language test. Having been one of the pioneers of the four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking) English language testing over 21 years ago, it still continues to set the standard for English language testing.

IELTS is accepted as evidence of English language proficiency by over 9000 organizations worldwide including government, academic & employment institutions. IELTS is recognized as a secure, valid and reliable indicator of true-to-life ability to communicate in English for education, immigration & professional accreditation.
The IELTS has two modules; the Academic Module & the General Training Module. The Academic Module can be used for undergraduate or postgraduate study reasons whereas the General Training Module is commonly used for vocational programs (not degree level) or for immigration purposes. Each Academic module candidate will take the same test irrespective of his/her English level. Similarly each candidate taking the General Training Test will appear for the same test paper.
IELTS is jointly owned by British Council; IDP: IELTS Australia & Cambridge English Language Assessment through more than 900 test centers & locations in over 130 countries. The IELTS Test Report Form is issued to all the candidates with a score from “band 1” (non user) to “band 9” (expert user) and each institution sets a different threshold. There is also a “band 0” score for those who did not attempt the test. The IELTS score report is valid for a period of two years from the date of exam. Institutions will not consider the report older than two years unless the user proves that he has worked to maintain his level.

GMAT

More than 2,000 business schools worldwide trust the GMAT because it demonstrates your readiness for academic success. Quite simply, the GMAT lets you showcase the skills that matter most in business school and beyond.
The GMAT exam has been the test of choice by the world’s business leaders to get into the world’s leading business. It shows schools that you're serious about graduate business education.
If you're serious about going to business school, the GMAT is your best first step toward a career with impact.
The GMAT Exam has four key modules:
  • Analytical Writing Assessment-The Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA) measures your ability to think critically and to communicate your ideas. During the AWA, you are asked to analyze the reasoning behind a given argument and write a critique of that argument.
  • Integrated Reasoning- The Integrated Reasoning section measures your ability to evaluate information presented in multiple formats from multiple sources – skills you need to succeed in our technologically advanced, data-driven world.
  • Quantitative- The Quantitative section measures your ability to analyze data and draw conclusions using reasoning skills. The mathematics needed to understand and solve the questions in this section of the GMAT exam is no greater than what is generally taught in secondary school classes.
  • Verbal- The GMAT exam showcases all of your skills – not just math. The Verbal section measures your ability to read and understand written material, to evaluate arguments, and to correct written material to conform to standard written English.

GRE

The GRE General Test helps you do your best on test day. With the GRE General Test, you decide which scores to send to schools. If you feel you didn't do your best on test day, that's okay. You can retake the test and then send only the scores you want schools to see.
Plus, the GRE General Test is the only admissions test for graduate or business school that lets you skip questions within a section, go back and change answers, and have control to tackle the questions within a section you want to answer first.
The GRE General Test features question types that closely reflect the kind of thinking you'll do in graduate or business school.
Verbal Reasoning — Measures your ability to analyze and evaluate written material and synthesize information obtained from it, analyze relationships among component parts of sentences and recognize relationships among words and concepts.
Quantitative Reasoning — Measures problem-solving ability using basic concepts of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and data analysis.
